Lester B. Pearson International Airport Terminals
The airport has two active public terminals, and their names are Terminal 1 and Terminal 3. Both of them can handle all three sectors of travel, which are domestic, international and transborder, and the result is terminal operations at the airport are grouped for airline alliances and airlines, rather than for local and international routes. A third terminal, which is public, the Infield Concourse currently works as an extension of Terminal 3 and provides additional bridged gates. Terminal 2 was closed permanently in 2007, and it was demolished, as well as replaced by a widened Terminal 1.
