Winnipeg James Armstrong Richardson International Airport Terminals

The new, four-level passenger terminal at Winnipeg International is LEED-certified and praised by the Travel Channel. The property houses on the Ground level Domestic Arrivals and Check-in facilities, and the connecting Lower Level security-related offices and International Arrivals. The Second Level is dedicated to Departures. New stores and restaurants are opened at departures and transborder areas.

The Ground Level represents the Arrivals level from gates 15-22. It allows access to transportation (valet, limousine and taxi, and a bus stop) and a walkway at its east end to the new hotel. On the ground level inside the terminal passengers can find Arrivals A with Air Canada Baggage and Arrivals B with WestJet Baggage, with U.S. Customs & Border Protection in the center, Aer Rianta Duty-free, Valet and Away, parking pay stations, ATM, Information counter, a donut shop, and check-in desks, Escalators/elevators lead commuters down to the Lower Level. The Lower Level includes Police and Canada Border Services, Citizenship and Immigration Canada, as well as the CanPass desk and International Arrivals C.

The second level serves as the Departures level. It provides food and drink and retail concessions, ATMs, Information phones and counter, valet service, parking pay stations, currency exchange, coat check, and Lost & Found. Showcase Manitoba, a chapel, an arcade, and the departure lounges for gates D through U.

Departure gates from 2 to 12, and arrival gates from 15 to 22: Departure gates 4, 5 & 6 provide services international flights; gates 2 & 3 are serving U.S. flights, and gates 7-12 are dedicated for domestic flights.

The third level contains an observation lounge.
