Train

Getting to Southampton Airport by train is fast and easy. Commuters can also catch buses to the local area from the adjacent Southampton Airport Parkway train station. Journey time to the city center is about 35-40 minutes.

• The U1C bus service runs between Southampton Airport, Southampton University, the city center, and the Waterfront. The bus runs every 15 minutes from Monday to Friday during University term time.
• During the University vacation period, the bus arrives every 10 minutes Monday through Friday. On Saturdays and Public holidays, it comes every 15 minutes.
• U1A service is available, and it operates in the opposite direction, from the city to the airport.
