The Manhattan Regional Airport has one main passenger terminal with two gates,

The new MHK airport terminal building which was 42, 000 square-foot, opened in 2015, it is housing Hertz, Enterprise car rental counters, American Airlines and also other services.

The expanded MHK airport terminal includes two gates, extra passenger circulation space, and TSA security checkpoint. The MHK airport's new terminal replaces an old 11, 700 square-foot terminal building, which was opened in 1997. The new MHK terminal facility is located adjacent to the FAA control tower and FBO, at 5500 Skyway Drive.

The FBO facility is located next to the Manhattan Regional Airport terminal building. The FBO facility has been operating at the Manhattan Regional Airport since 1989, and it is occupied by the Kansas Air center. The FBO provides fuel service, flight instruction, charter service, and other rental management services.

The older MHK airport terminal building is 1 mile east of the passenger terminal, at 1725 South Airport Road. Now, the more recent terminal building is home to the MHK airport administrative offices.

Other terminal facilities include a storage area, a fuel farm, and an air traffic control tower.

The Manhattan Regional Airport also has free parking spaces next to the passenger terminal building.
