Leeds Bradford Airport Arrivals

Border Force

Once passengers landed at Leeds Bradford Airport, they will be required to pass through the passport control area. These procedures involve a check of the passport or identity card as well as evidence of travelers’ right to travel into the U.K. if required.

U.K. Border Force manages the passport control area commuters are recommended to have their passport or identity card ready, removed from a holder or wallet, and have it open on the photo page. Passengers should remove their sunglasses or headwear and restrain from using any mobile device.

Requiring a visa

Passengers may be required to show a visa depending on their purpose for visiting the U.K., the country they have arrived from, and the duration of their stay.

If travelers are unsure as to whether they require a visa to visit the U.K. or need one for traveling through the U.K., it is recommended to complete the online Border Force check.

Baggage reclaim

Checked luggage can be collected from the carousel listed for their flight on information screens available in the Baggage Reclaim area.

If the baggage doesn’t come out of the carousel, commuters will need to contact their airline and speak to the baggage handling officers. Searching for an airline and handling agent contact number should bring them an up-to-date contact number.
