Wi-Fi
Free Wi-Fi access is offered throughout Jersey Airport.
To use, passengers should simply select ‘Sure Wi-Fi - Jersey Airport’ from the list of available service providers. Commuters should accept terms of use before having access, but no personal information is required.
Baby Care Facilities
Aero Zone children’s play area
Available in the landside Arrivals Terminal, this aviation-themed zone, complete with its replica airplane and gadgets, is fitting for youngsters up to 6 years old. Adjacent to the Café, the area is free to use, but an adult must supervise kids at all times. Height restrictions do apply.
Baby changing facilities
Facilities can be accessed in the Departures Terminal, adjacent to the Coffee Shop in the check-in area, as well as in the airside Departures Lounge, after clearing the central security search.
Baby products
The retail outlet WHSmith is located in the airside Departures Lounge, stocks a small selection of baby and children products.
Information Desk
The Customer Relations counter is located in the Departures Terminal, adjacent to the check-in desk. Available seven days a week during flight hours. During the busy Summer period, JER also staffs Welcome Hosts to assist. Passengers will also find white, “happy to help” phones inside the terminal.
Smoking
Following the smoking policy that refers to all public buildings and workplaces, smoking, including the use of e-cigarettes, is not allowed inside the terminal and only in designated areas outside the buildings.
There are no smoking facilities available in the airside Departures Lounge.
Money
A.T.M.s/ Cash Machines – A.T.M.s are available inside the terminal. Fees may apply, so passengers can be sure to check their bank’s fee schedule and their daily withdrawal limit in case of traveling internationally. Commuters are also recommended to notify their bank regarding their travel plans. A.T.M.s are available Airside, Departures lounge, next to WHSmith (dispenses UK Sterling).
Landside - Arrivals Area (dispenses Jersey currency only).
Currency Exchange – Customer Relations offers foreign currency exchange. There is a limit of £50 per Jersey currency to U.K. currency transactions. It is highly advised to call ahead of time to ensure that their currency of choice is available.
Lost Property
If passengers lose their personal items while at Jersey Airport, they should go to the central security search boarding-pass desk available in the Departures Terminal, where security representatives will be able to assist them.
If commuters believe they have lost/misplaced items following their visit to Jersey Airport, they can email [email protected]. Customers should consider that the security team cannot assist with inquiries relating to lost property left on aircraft.
If commuters believe they have left personal belongings on-board an aircraft, they must contact the airline or its appointed ground handling agent as soon as possible.
